Refund & Replacement Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Please read this Refund & Replacement Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the conditions stated below.
1. Damaged Product During Delivery
If the product is received in a broken or damaged condition due to delivery, it will be replaced as soon as possible.
Mandatory Condition:
- A clear, continuous unboxing video recorded during delivery is required as proof.
- The video must show the unopened package and the damage clearly.
Without an unboxing video, replacement or refund requests will not be accepted.
2. Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, the correct product will be replaced with a new one.
Mandatory Condition:
- A clear unboxing video is required as proof.
- The video must show the package, product, and mismatch clearly.
3. Damage Caused by Customer
If the product is damaged after delivery due to customer handling, misuse, or negligence:
- The product is NOT refundable
- The product is NOT replaceable
4. Proof Requirement (Very Important)
All refund or replacement claims will be considered ONLY if:
- A clear unboxing video is provided
- The video is unedited, continuous, and recorded at the time of opening the package
Claims without video proof will be rejected without exception.
5. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for products that are eligible for replacement.
Refunds will only be considered if replacement is not possible, and the decision will be solely at our discretion.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue occurred due to our error.
7. Reporting Time
All issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. To return products 100 rupee will be extra charged.
